WASHINGTON (Sputnik) – US aircraft carrier USS Gerald Ford has been moved from the Mediterranean to join the US Southern Command (SOUTHCOM) amid tensions around drug trafficking in the Caribbean, the SOUTHCOM said on Tuesday.
