MOSCOW (Sputnik) – Russian President Vladimir Putin met with Indian Foreign Minister Subrahmanyam Jaishankar, who arrived in Russia to attend the meeting of the Heads of Government Council of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) in Moscow, a Sputnik correspondent reported on Tuesday.
