MOSCOW (Sputnik) – The European Central Bank (ECB) has rejected the European Commission’s (EC) request to provide liquidity to guarantee a loan to Ukraine using frozen Russian assets, the Financial Times newspaper reported on Tuesday, citing multiple officials.
