BRUSSELS (Sputnik) – Greenland’s independence remains unrealistic in the foreseeable future due to economic and demographic factors, as well as its close ties to Denmark, the Greenlandic parliament’s deputy speaker Bentiaraq Ottosen told RIA Novosti.
