Russian Foreign Ministry: British Intelligence Possibly Recruiting Kiev Mercenaries
Earlier, the Russian Defence Ministry said that Ukrainian authorities had recruited mercenaries from over 60 countries to fight in the conflict, with many having fled, gotten killed or taken prisoner during Russia’s special military operation. The Russian military warned that foreign mercenaries fighting in Ukraine were criminally liable.
