I’m hearing that the old Peterson Pipes factory in Sallynoggin between the Aldi and St Kevin’s primary school has been earmarked to accommodate up to 200 asylum seekers. The pipe factory relocated to a new site in Deansgrange last year so it’s been lying vacant since.
