ROME (Sputnik) – UN Secretary General Antonio Guterres has reaffirmed the UN’s commitment to implement a memorandum on Russia’s exports of fertilizers and agricultural products at a meeting on food security in Rome, Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergey Vershinin has said.
