JUST IN – Austrian court overturned former Chancellor Sebastian Kurz’s conviction last year for giving “false testimony.” On Monday, the Vienna Higher Regional Court issued a ruling in the appeal proceedings surrounding an alleged “false statement” before the Ibiza Investigation Committee.
