MOSCOW (Sputnik) – A majority of Western IT companies have discredited themselves by breaching local data rules, while demand for Russian tech companies’ solutions continues rising steadily in the Global South, Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergey Vershinin told Sputnik.
