NATO Uses 'Flying Radars' for Reconnaissance Near Russian Border in Arctic - Russia's FSB

PETERSBURG (Sputnik) – NATO has started using airborne early warning and control aircraft (“flying radars”) for reconnaissance near Russian border in the Arctic, Vladimir Koretsky, the head of the Russian Federal Security Service (FSB) Border Directorate for St. Petersburg and the Leningrad Region, said on Wednesday.
