MOSCOW (Sputnik) – Russia and India have preliminary agreements on the purchase and localization of Russian-made passenger aircraft SJ-100, and negotiations on this matter are ongoing, Russian Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade Gennady Abramenkov told Sputnik on Tuesday.
