US ‘MOAB’ severely affected lives of rural Afghans

In April 2007, the US dropped the largest non-nuclear bomb in its arsenal in an eastern Afghan province. Local residents say some diseases have emerged in the region since then. The Afghan government says it’s committed to probing the case.
