SEOUL (Sputnik) – South Korean President Yoon Suk-yeol considers the Washington Declaration adopted during his meeting with US President Joe Biden to be more effective than multilateral agreements within NATO since it outlines detailed obligations regarding the defense of one particular country, presidential spokesman Lee Do-woon said.
