Software Malfunction Caused April Crash of Lunar Landing Module - ispace

Japan’s ispace earlier detailed that its effort to mark the first private moon landing on Earth’s satellite was unsuccessful after officials lost contact with the lander. Preliminary details suggested at the time that the vessel had unexpectedly accelerated onto the lunar surface.
