MOSCOW (Sputnik) – Russian President Vladimir Putin told Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan in a telephone conversation that Ukraine escalates the situation, using terrorist methods and organizing acts of sabotage in Russia, the Kremlin said on Wednesday.
