MOSCOW (Sputnik) – The water has almost completely left the territory of the city of Novaya Kakhovka, which was flooded after the partial destruction of the Kakhovka hydroelectric power plant, head of the Novaya Kakhovka district, Vladimir Leontiev, said on Saturday.
