At an Arab-China business conference in Riyadh over the weekend, Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Investment signed a $5.6 billion deal with Shanghai-based electric vehicle (EV) manufacturer Human Horizons to jointly develop, manufacture, and sell EVs.
