MOSCOW (Sputnik) – UK Energy Security Minister Grant Shapps described on Wednesday as “absolutely disgraceful” the Coutts bank’s decision to close the accounts of former leader of the UK Independence Party and Brexit Party founder Nigel Farage because of his political views.
