UK Supreme Court Rules That the Legal Definition of a Woman Is Biological, by Paul Craig Roberts
The UK Supreme Court has ruled that in British Law the terms “woman” and “sex” are biological terms and do not include men who identify as “transgender.” The Court ruled that people with “transgender recognition certificates,” whatever that is, are excludable from biological single-sex spaces. There are interesting aspects of this case that deserve comment….
