US Knew About Kiev's Plan to Attack Kakhovka Dam, Refused to 'Stop It' - Russian Diplomat

The destruction of the Novaya Kakhovka dam last week resulted in several deaths and prompted the evacuation of thousands in the region. The Russian Emergencies Ministry said that the attack resulted in 1.2 billion rubles ($14 million) in damage.
