MOSCOW (Sputnik) – The coalition led by the United States made 23 close encounters with the Russian aerospace forces in Syria in 2023, Rear Adm. Oleg Gurinov, the deputy head of the Russian Center for the Reconciliation of Opposing Sides in Syria, said on Saturday.
