Speaking at the Antalya Diplomacy Forum in Turkiye on Friday, Russian Foreign Minister said that military officers from France, the UK and the US are operating in Ukraine. The comments came days after German Chancellor Olaf Scholz claimed UK and French troops are operating long-range missiles in Ukraine.
