Seit Anfang September ist das US-Militär in der Karibik aktiv, und nimmt dort vor der venezolanischen Küste kleine Fischerboote ins Visier. Immer wieder werden Boote beschossen und versenkt, wobei mittlerweile bereits mindestens 80 Venezolaner ums Leben gekommen sind.
