Russia Concerned Over EU's Discussions on Security Guarantees for Ukraine – Lavrov
CAIRO (Sputnik) – Moscow is concerned over the security guarantees for Ukraine that are being discussed in the European Union, as collective guarantees approved by the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) are more important, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said on Friday.
