NATO’s proxy war against Russia in Ukraine has pushed Russian arms manufacturers to dramatically ramp up the production of weapons and ammunition, with some enterprises working round-the-clock to meet demand. Commenting on Western weapons deliveries to Kiev earlier this year, President Putin assured that NATO wouldn’t be able to outgun Russia.
