Kim Jong Un Announces Radical Policy Shift in Relations With South Korea
MOSCOW (Sputnik) — North Korean leader Kim Jong Un said the country and the ruling party had realized the impossibility of partnering with South Korea and ordered that all work plans with the South Korean side and relevant bodies be reorganized according to the current situation, the state-run KCNA news agency reported on Sunday.
