Ukraine Lost Over 215,000 Troops in 2023 - Shoigu
MOSCOW, January 9 (Sputnik) – The Russian military is continuing its operations to reduce the combat readiness of Ukraine, and maintains the strategic initiative in the special military operation zone, Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu said on Tuesday, adding that Kiev lost over 215,000 servicepeople last year.
