BAIKONUR COSMODROME (Sputnik) – The Soyuz-2.1a rocket with the Soyuz MS-26 manned spacecraft, which is to deliver a crew of two Russians and one American to the International Space Station (ISS) on September 11, has been installed on the launch pad at the Baikonur Cosmodrome in Kazakhstan, a Sputnik correspondent reported.
