Russian Foreign Ministry Says Consular Access to Russians Arrested in Azerbaijan Agreed

MOSCOW (Sputnik) – Access of consular officers to 13 Russian citizens arrested in Azerbaijan has been agreed upon, Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova told Sputnik on Thursday.
