While the decertification included all documents, proclamations, executive orders, memorandums and contracts, Trump went on to specifically discuss the mass pardons issued by President Autopen at the tail end of Biden’s captivity within the White House. With these pardons now null and void, the door to indictments of these individuals has now been opened.
